The Noteless Referral

These terms cover the referral programme only. They do not change your Noteless subscription, your contract with us for the clinical product, or anything about how patient data is handled — that is governed separately and is unaffected by anything below.
Who this programme is run by
Noteless AS, organisation number 926 114 302, registered at Nordnesgaten 12, 5005 Bergen, Norway. The programme is operated by Noteless AS as data controller for all personal data described in section 4.
Who may take part
Any clinician holding an active paid Noteless subscription may take part. Participation is free, requires no separate purchase, and may be ended at any time without affecting your subscription. Employees of Noteless AS and their immediate households may not earn rewards.
How a referral qualifies
A referral qualifies when the person you referred completes their first paid month. Attribution lasts 90 days from the first click on your link. If two clinicians refer the same person, the first recorded click prevails.
What we record about you
Your name, work email address, country and specialty; the referrals attributed to you and their state; the rewards you have earned and their fulfilment status; and the names you optionally add to your own tracking list. Names on that list are never contacted.
Rewards, and when they can be withdrawn
Rewards are granted when a referral qualifies. If the person you referred cancels or is refunded within 30 days of their first payment, that referral is revoked and the reward is withdrawn. Rewards already chosen in a Prize Pick are never withdrawn.
Levels
Levels are calculated from your qualified referrals and are never stored as a fixed value. A level once reached is permanent, except where a referral is revoked under section 5. Level names are used in English in all languages.
The public wall
Appearing on the public wall is optional, off by default, and requires your explicit choice. It shows your chosen display name, your specialty, your country and optionally your city. It never shows how many people you referred. You may leave at any time and the change is immediate.
Fair use
The programme is for personal recommendation between colleagues. Posting your link publicly, referring yourself, or using addresses that are not real working clinicians may result in referrals being held, blocked, or an account being suspended.
Your rights
You may download everything we hold about you, correct it, or close your programme account, all from Settings. Closing takes effect after 30 days and is reversible until then. Your Noteless subscription is separate and is not affected.
Changes to these terms
We will write to you before any change that reduces what you have earned or alters how referrals qualify. Changes that only add to the programme take effect when published.
